Every aspect of the project—from the structural framing to the finishing details—was professionally constructed to current township building codes using premium, long-lasting materials.
The porch features Trex Enhance® Basics decking in Clam Shell, a versatile light gray composite deck board that delivers the appearance of painted wood without the ongoing maintenance. Trex Enhance decking is engineered to resist fading, staining, splintering, rot, and insect damage while requiring no sanding, staining, or sealing. Manufactured using 95% recycled materials, it offers homeowners an environmentally responsible decking solution designed for decades of enjoyment.
Complementing the decking is Trex® White Composite Railing, providing a timeless architectural appearance while offering exceptional durability and safety. Designed to withstand harsh weather conditions with minimal maintenance, the clean white railing beautifully frames the porch and coordinates with the home’s exterior for a classic, welcoming look.
