Andrew Levin is the Co-Founder of NexGen, where he drives innovation by bringing cutting-edge technology to the home remodeling industry. He’s passionate about creating smarter, more efficient solutions while ensuring all teams are aligned and working toward shared goals in a supportive culture where employees can thrive.
Previously, Andrew served in the Marine Corps, developing the discipline and leadership that guide him today. He also worked as an Account Manager for a global IT firm and earned his degree from Drexel University.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys hiking and hunting. He lives in Huntingdon Valley, PA, with his wife, Joanne, and their six kids – five girls and one boy.
Fun Fact: Andrew served in Japan during his time in the Marine Corps, a transformative experience in his life.


Jesse Bator, Co-founder, leads the development and execution of sales and revenue strategies at NexGen. He oversees sales activities, provides training, and builds strong vendor relationships, identifying strategic partnerships that fuel the company’s growth and enhance its capabilities. Jesse is passionate about fostering a positive culture rooted in core values and growth.
With 15 years in remodeling, Jesse’s passion for home improvement was inspired by his grandfather, an Italian cabinet maker, who taught him the value of being his own boss.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two young boys, and their two dogs in Collingswood, NJ. He also enjoys food, wine, travel, and supporting his kids’ sports activities.
Fun Fact: Jesse once trained kids in boxing and MMA, helping them build self-control after losing siblings to gun violence.


Diana Asbury is propelling NexGen to new heights with a strategic, customer-first mindset and a focus on sustainable growth.
With experience in software, training, and home services – Diana is bringing a fresh perspective to the home remodeling industry.
Most recently Diana was the Head of Sales and Marketing at Workzone where she positioned the brand stand out in the crowded software space by focusing on customer experience. As Marketing Director at Rapid Learning Institute, she helped fuel growth through content marketing. She began her work with homeowners by managing marketing at Moyer Indoor Outdoor, one of the region’s largest home service companies, where she helped grow customer lifetime value.
With 15+ years in marketing, Diana brings a mix of creative energy, strategic thinking, and a love for design to everything she does.
Outside of work, she enjoys being “Auntie DD,” swimming, hiking, and hosting game nights with her husband, Tim. They live on the edge of Montgomery and Bucks County, PA.
Fun Fact: Diana has been a baton twirler since age 5 and has even twirled fire batons and knives.


Greg Bator, Service Delivery Manager at NexGen, oversees the Service Delivery Department, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service. With a background in construction and project management, Greg brings a wealth of experience to his role, where he thrives on collaborating with like-minded people and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys snowboarding, fishing, hiking, camping, and traveling abroad. He lives in Lambertville, NJ, with his wonderful partner, their 7-year-old daughter, and their 11-year-old Pitbull.
Fun Fact: Greg spent 13 years in the film and television industry, working in on-set production and was a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA)


With 20 years of hands-on construction experience, Steve brings deep knowledge to his role as Project Manager at NexGen. He oversees the day-to-day execution of projects – from coordinating inspections and managing drawings to job costing and final closeouts. He’s also responsible for ensuring each phase stays on track, up to and including collecting final payments.
Steve thrives on the challenges that come with managing complex jobs and enjoys collaborating with a team that shares his commitment to quality. His practical experience gives him a strong foundation for problem-solving and keeping projects running smoothly.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s fishing, hunting, hiking, or snowboarding. He lives in Ardsley, PA, with his wife of 16 years and their 13-year-old son.
Fun Fact: Steve loves escaping to the mountains or taking trips with his family to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Drew Kenney brings over 25 years of experience in the home improvement and construction industry to his role as Customer Relationship Manager at NexGen. With a background as a remodeling consultant, project manager, and business development advisor, Drew is passionate about improving the customer experience—from the first consultation to long after the project is complete.
At NexGen, Drew works to build lasting relationships with homeowners, helping them plan and budget for future renovations while ensuring seamless communication every step of the way.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys walking his dog through Conshohocken with his partner Natalie and their daughter Lilly. He also loves snowboarding, golfing, and staying active outdoors.
Fun Fact: Drew is a U.S. Marine Corps Iraq War veteran—and was named Citizen of the Year in 2012 after catching a serial burglar who broke into his home.


Nick Freeth works closely with homeowners to design and plan exterior projects like decks and home makeovers. With a decade of experience in construction, including time with CertainTeed Roofing and as a NexGen Project Manager, Nick combines hands-on expertise with a passion for helping clients bring their vision to life.
Outside of work, he likes hiking, playing sports, and spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and their French Bulldog in Chester County, PA.
Fun Fact: Nick enjoys traveling to tropical locations and Europe.


John Lemes is a Project Manager with extensive experience in overseeing all aspects of project execution, from scheduling and material coordination to managing installation crews and ensuring customer satisfaction. Having previously run his own business, where he handled everything from sales to job completion, John brings a hands-on approach and values NexGen’s positive company culture and strong ethical standards.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, stepchild, and their two dogs and cat in Wyncote, PA.
Fun Fact: John loves traveling and exploring new destinations, both near and far.


Jim Allen is the Operations Assistant at NexGen, managing lead generation, appointment logistics, and day-to-day operations. He’s a proud U.S. Navy veteran with a background in technical support across corporations, hospitals, and game developers. Jim enjoys the family-like atmosphere at NexGen with the chance to grow and lead.
Outside of work, Jim loves spending time with his wife, Dana, and their kids, Layla and Tommy.
Fun Fact: In his downtime, Jim builds high-end gaming computers and unwinds with video games.


Ashley Jimeson has a lifelong passion for residential construction. Raised in a home with a construction office attached, some of her earliest memories include balancing on lumber racks in her dad’s green Ford pickup. Her past role as Business Operations Manager at Hargrave Contractors sharpened her skills in project planning, budgeting, and customer care.
Ashley thrives on connecting with clients, hearing their stories, and helping them bring their home visions to life. She lives in Turnersville, NJ, with her three energetic kids and three mischievous cats.
Fun Fact: Ashley loves to cook—half the time it’s a masterpiece, the other half, a Pinterest fail!


Adam Margolis has 17+ years of home remodeling experience, an expert at guiding exterior projects from start to finish with a keen eye for design and detail. Having previously been an owner-operator responsible for sales and designs, Adam is passionate about helping homeowners enhance their living spaces through exterior remodeling.
Outside of work, he loves spending time outdoors with his two boys and golfing with friends.
Fun Fact: Adam recently celebrated his first hole-in-one!


Codi Joseph is a Business Development Representative at NexGen, where she qualifies leads, connects with homeowners, and schedules appointments to kick off exciting exterior projects. With years of customer service experience, Codi understands the importance of building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional results that leave homeowners thrilled.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and their daughter, exploring Philadelphia’s food scene, traveling the world, and enjoying time at the shore.
