The original wood porch was worn and ready for an upgrade. Our NexGen Remodeling team removed the existing deck and rebuilt the entire wraparound porch on the same footprint, replacing wood with Trex® Select composite decking in Saddle for superior durability, moisture resistance, and low-maintenance living.
The roofing scope included installing CertainTeed Landmark® shingles in Burnt Sienna on the main home, paired with black standing seam metal roofing over the front porch for added protection and architectural contrast. The exterior was finished with CertainTeed MainStreet™ vinyl siding in Heritage Cream, along with clean white trim and aluminum capping details that elevate curb appeal and protect key transition points.
